By signing this waiver I recognize that there are inherent risks associated with partaking in fitness classes lead by The rOMing Yogi, LLC, at The Westin Nanea Ocean Resort Villas, The "Resort". I agree that I am responsible for my own health; that the Resort's associates and fitness contractors are not health care practitioners, and do not diagnose or treat individual health problems. I acknowledge that my participation in this fitness class is voluntary, and that I may terminate my participation at any time. I am responsible for discussing any questions or concerns I may have during my fitness class at the Resort. By choosing to participate in this fitness class, I represent and warrant that to the best of my knowledge, I have no symptoms relating to Covid-19, or any physical condition or ailment that makes it inadvisable for me to participate in the class. I hereby unconditionally release, discharge, waive any and all responsibility, hold harmless, and indemnify The rOMing Yogi, the Resort, the Resort's owner, the Resort's operator, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and all their affiliates, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and employees, from and against any liability of injury, including death, and for damage to or loss of property which may be suffered by me arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in this fitness class. *Any guest under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the below acknowledgement.
