Jordan Benge

"Yoga is a way of revealing and celebrating the divinity within and all around us."

Jordan is trained in Hatha and Yin styles of yoga.
Her personal practice is rooted in kindness, compassion, patience, gratitude, and radiant joy.
Her classes offer an accepting space for students to honor their own inner wisdom.

She has found a yoga practice helpful in creating and allowing space in the mind, body, and heart; in cultivating balance, strength, and softness; in enjoying stillness and movement; and in learning how to honor the ever changing present moment.

She is inspired by the abundant and supportive heart of Maui, the wisdom of the Earth and her plants, and the practice of loving kindness.
Jordan is honored to offer her voice to share the gift of yoga.
